The watch itself is fine and seems to do everything promised. The problem is with the band adjustment to fit the wrist. A small sheet was enclosed with instructions on band adjustment along with a tool. The instructions were not for the band on this watch and the tool had nothing to do with this watch. After a time, I was able to figure out how to adjust it. Not easy to take out band links but doable. Instructions for watch operations seemed fine.Great for the price!
