This watch arrived packaged nicely, and looks nice, just as it does in the listing. The latch/buckle that closes/tightens the watch doesn't function as well as others I've had in the past. It requires you to push two little buttons on the sides to open it, and you should be able to just press/click it back closed, but it doesn't always work. Sometimes it refuses to click closed and you have to press the two little buttons in to get it to close. However, the main problem happened when I tried to remove some of the band segments, as it was too big. There are no instructions about how to adjust the band, so I found a video on YouTube. I followed the little arrows on the band, and used the tool included to remove the pins, however I ended up needing more tools to complete the task because it was so difficult! The tool does not press the pin all the way out, so once it's as far out as the tool will get it, then the fun begins! The pins are so tight in each piece of the band, that you have to use pliers to get it the rest of the way out, definitely not like in the videos I found, and usually, the pin will get bent from all that twisting/pulling, which makes it nearly impossible to put back in! I tried using my cell phone tools to push the pins the rest of the way out, but it didn't work, it just bent them even more. I finally was able to remove the 4 band sections I don't need, and it was just as difficult to put it back together! Such a hassle! It probably took me almost an hour to get it done. Overall, looks fine, but not the greatest quality/attention to detail.
